The first step: preparing materials, aluminum sheet materials with aluminum content ≥ 99.7% should be selected;
The second step: smelting, placing the aluminum in the aluminum melting furnace, the temperature of the melting furnace needs to be controlled within 900 ℃, but the temperature of the aluminum fluid should be controlled within 800 ℃;
The third step:slag removal. When the aluminum liquid reaches 700 ℃, it is necessary to put the refining agent into the aluminum liquid to stir, and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. The refining agent and the aluminum liquid are stirred at a ratio of (2.5-3):1000 by weight, and then the slag is removed on the upper surface of the aluminum liquid after standing for 7 to 10 minutes;
The fourth step: casting;
The fifth step: hot rolling, hot rolling temperature control between 420 to 600 ℃;
The sixth step:cold rolling;
The seventh step:cutting;
The eighth step:punching;

Aluminium wafer processing is characterized in that after the aluminum material is melted into a liquid, it is moved from the aluminum melting furnace into the holding furnace and then de-slag is removed. After the slag is removed, the aluminum liquid needs to be moved into the casting furnace to prepare for casting. In the annealing, the temperature should be between 430 and 510 ℃, and the temperature rise and hold time should be controlled within 15 to 18 hours. During the annealing, the fan should be blown into the air duct in the hearth to allow the hot air in the furnace to undergo convection and circulation.
